Christmas 2019 and New Year 2020 Ordering & Delivery Information.
LAST ORDER DATES FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY:
We will always endeavour to dispatch your goods in time for Christmas and to ensure this is possible we must be in receipt of your order for delivery within the UK before the end of the dates listed below, depending upon the method of shipment selected.

Airmail Rest of World - Already Passed

UK Second Class Post - Tuesday 17th of December 2019
UK First Class Post and Next Day Delivery - Thursday 19th of December 2019
We will be on our annual Christmas Shutdown from 2pm on Friday 20th December 2019 and re-open on Monday 6th January 2020.
Orders placed after the above Last Order dates in December 2019 will be despatched from our warehouse on the 6th of January 2020
Delivery of our goods depends on what delivery method you select at the checkout. All deliveries are priced only to cover our costs. We endeavour to despatch all of our orders as quickly as possible. This will normally mean that items ordered before 3pm on a business day will be despatched on the same day whilst those orders made later in the afternoon would be despatched the following day. Any undue delay for any reason would be notified to you.
If you are a UK resident you can choose between:
Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next day 1pm)
- This service is tracked and ensures delivery before 1pm on the next working day
- Please call us to confirm the availability of any items you wish to order for next day delivery prior to ordering.
- This service also requires a signature on delivery.
First Class Post - 1-2 working days
Second Class Post - 2-3 working days
Parcel Courier -
A parcel courier will automatically be used where the size or weight of the item dictates and these can also be organised on a 24 hour basis if required. The delivery period is typically 1-3 working days.

European and International orders
These are normally sent using a tracked airmail service and typically require 4-5 days for Europe and 9-10 days for the rest of the world.
If you have provided your email address, we let you know via this medium when goods have been despatched to you.
Damaged or Missing Goods
In the event that you receive damaged or broken goods please clearly markup any signed for labels to indicate that the goods were damaged upon delivery where applicable. Any damage must then be notified to us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and photogrpahs illustrating the extent and nature of the damage must be provided. These are to assist us in making a claim with the postal or courier service. On receipt of the photographic evidence we will look to re-despatch your goods as quickly as possible.
In the event that your goods go missing during delivery, we will follow the procedure given by the delivery company in question. As soon as their pre-defined delivery period has passed we will make a claim with them and re-despatch your goods if required.
