Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart please contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When you receive your order confirmation this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We accept Visa and Mastercard card payments. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order in GB Pounds Sterling and your card company will convert the payment transaction to your local currency.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Your Payment is authorised at the time you place your order and those funds are ring-fenced on your payment card, but money is not transferred from your card account until we have confirmed that the goods are ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone or post.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site. You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.

Shipping And Handling - (For free delivery on orders over 50 please select 2nd class post)

Delivery of our goods to you depends on what delivery method you select at the checkout. If you are a UK resident you can choose between our tracked next day service, first class or second class post. Please call us to check the availability of any items you wish to order for next day delivery prior to ordering. European and International orders are normally sent using a tracked airmail service. All deliveries are priced only to cover our costs.

We endeavour to despatch all of our orders as quickly as possible. This will normally mean that items ordered before 3pm on a business day will be despatched on the same day whilst those orders made later in the afternoon would be despatched the following day. Any undue delay for any reason would be notified to you.

If you have provided your email address, we let you know via this medium when goods have been despatched to you.

Delivery Schedule

We endeavour to deliver your order right away. We will normally despatch your order to you on the next working business day after the date on which you place your order.

International orders are generally despatched on the next working business day after the date on which you place your order. International Orders are usually despatched by a tracked delivery service and we will advise you of the tracking number and anticipated delivery date by email on the day following despatch.

You must inform us within two working days of receipt if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders

This website is directly linked to our stock control system and all items that you are able to order on the website are in stock and available for despatch.

Should you wish to order an item that is not curently in stock, we will be happy to take your order over the phone or by email and place it on our back order list to ensure that one is allocated to you as soon as the item is back in stock.

Tax Charges

All our prices include VAT at 20% for orders made from the UK. The price displayed for each product is final.
If the shipping destination is selected as Ireland when you enter your order delivery address the Irish Customs Duty of 23% is added to the order as we offer a customs duty paid shipping service.

All other orders are VAT free and the price of the item will automatically be adjusted down to the VAT Free price at the point in the order process where you enter your order delivery address, thereby confirming your VAT Free Status. You can exit the order process at any point if the VAT Free Price is not what you expected.

Credit Card Security

Our group of businesses all use a fully encrypted secure payment gateway provided by UPG (Universal Payments Gateway - Secure Payments). This system complies with the current Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). When completing the financial details of your transaction you will be entering this information directly on to UPG's secure server where your payment will be authorised. Non of your card information is available to us or passes across our computer system. This ensures that your information remains secure.

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is out first priority and so we like to be upfront about our cancellations, returns and refunds policy.

Your Legal Rights:

When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. Our policy:

As covered by the distance selling regulations all customers have the right to cancel orders. All customers can cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any explanation. Cancellation notice can be given by telephone, by email or in writing using the contact details stated below. Customers then have another 14 days from the time of informing the company to return the goods to the address given below. As a straighforward cancelation, the customer must pay the cost of returning the goods to us. The customer will then be refunded within 14 days of receipt of these goods, as long as there is no damage and they are in the original new and unused condition that they were despatched in. Should the customer have ordered the goods at a premium delivery service as opposed to our standard delivery service then that premium delivery service will not be refundable. If customers order the incorrect goods, such as the incorrect size, and wish to exchange them for a different size, the customer must also pay for the delivery of the replacement item before it will be dispatched.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
