Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, please contact us and we will correct the mistake for you.
When you receive your order confirmation this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction into your local currency.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Your payment is authorised at the time you olace your order and those funds are then ring-fenced on your payment card so that they do not show in your available balance, but the money is not in fact taken from your account until we have confirmed that the goods have been shipped. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
For maximum security we always prefer you to order 'on line' as the website sends your order details to us and your payment details direct to our bankers. For online orders we therefore do not hold any customers card or bank details details. If you do not wish to pay online however you can ring us with your card information which we then electronically process.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully.They do not affect your statutory rights. We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site. You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.
Shipping And Handling

Delivery of our goods to you depends on what delivery method you select at the checkout. has been ordered and where the delivery is to be made. We endeavour to post orders if possible, the same day or the day following (except for weekends) or where we are awaiting delivery of goods to ourselves. Any undue delay would be notified to you.
In the case of shooting sticks, Brady fishing and Gamebags or other high value items, they are generally delivered via Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' which gives us both 'peace of mind' and insurance cover should something go wrong.
All other items are delivered via Royal Mail First Class Post and charged near to cost only.

Delivery Schedule
We endeavour to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and the price of the item will automatically be adjusted down to the VAT Free price at the point in the order process where you enter your order delivery address, thereby confirming your VAT Free Status. You can exit the order process at any point if the VAT Free Price is not what you expected.
Credit Card Security
Our group of businesses all use a fully encrypted secure payment gateway provided by UPG (Universal Payments Gateway - Secure Payments). This system complies with the current Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). When completing the financial details of your transaction you will be entering this information directly on to UPG's secure server where your payment will be authorised. Non of your card information is available to us or passes across our computer system. This ensures that your information remains secure.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the UK Government Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal or appropriate insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described.
We take great care to ensure that your goods are delivered to you in pristine condition. We therefore require any goods returned to us for credit to be received by us in the same new and unused condition they were delivered to you. Please ensure that you pack and despatch returns to us in such a way as to ensure that they are received by us in a pristine saleable condition. It is therefore in your interest to ensure that you insure the goods against loss or damage in transit back to us. We reserve the right to reduce the amount refunded if these terms are not complied with.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
